The purpose of the Altar Guild is to keep the Sanctuary clean and prepare the Lord’s Table for Holy Eucharist.  We take care of vestments; buy wine, wafers, and altar linens.  The candles and flowers are also the responsibility of the Altar Guild.  In addition, we prepare the Sanctuary for Baptisms, Weddings, and Funerals. The Chapel is used on Sunday mornings for pre-school children, kindergarten age, and first graders.  The third Sunday of the month, the children have a Communion Service, and every Wednesday there is a Communion Service at 4:00 p.m.  The Chapel is open for use twenty-four hours each day.

If you wish to have flowers on the Altar, or the Sanctuary Lamp as a memorial or thanksgiving for loved ones, please contact the Church Office.  The cost of flowers per Sunday is $25 and the Sanctuary Lamp per month is $20.  Please support the Altar Guild, as this is our only income. Due to the financial condition of the Altar Guild, on any Sunday where there is no memorial or thanksgiving donation for flowers, there will not be any flowers on the altar.
